Two numbers I keep thinking about

Hey Reader,

Quick intro in case you found me from a Claude video and never actually heard me talk.

I'm Ritesh. 7 years in business. Agency, SaaS tools, brand deals, evergreen content, all of it feeding one ecosystem.

About a year and a half ago I started Agent Rise because people kept asking how the agency side actually works. Over 200 business owners have come through it since.

So I get to see something most people don't.

I get to watch what separates the person who builds an AI business from the person who just... watches.

And here's what I notice about the second group.

They know Opus 5 inside out.

They've seen every benchmark video.

They can tell you exactly what it does better than Sonnet.

But...

They have never once sent a proposal.

That's the whole difference.

Not skill.

Not the model.

Not the stack.

Meanwhile two founders inside Agent Rise, Darien and Yannick, both closed deals in the last stretch that would make you put your coffee down.

I'm not going to give you the numbers today, because the numbers alone are useless without the part that came before them.

What I'll tell you is this: neither of them built anything you couldn't technically build this weekend with Opus 5.

The build was never the hard part.

Tomorrow I'll show you both numbers, and I'll show you the wall I hit years ago that they walked straight past.

It's the same wall you're probably standing in front of right now.

Best,

Ritesh

Hi Reader, 96 days ago, Ty Chen started taking his YouTube channel seriously. Today he has over 14,000 subscribers, and his AI startup, RaisedHand, is growing toward $3,000 a month in revenue. That didn't come from ads, cold outreach, or going viral by luck. It came from a channel that brings him the right people every week. Why it worked Most founders treat content as something to get to after the "real work." Ty treated it as the growth engine. Every video does three jobs at once: It gets...

Hey Reader, What if I told you a 21 year old is making more than most engineers make? That too, without a college degree? Meet Tayyib, one of my clients I started working with three months ago. At that time he was struggling to make even his first thousand per month. Now his issues were very similar to other one person business owners I've worked with in the past. He was stuck in a building loop. He was great at building but that was his biggest weakness. See anyone can build with Claude...

Hi Reader, This Friday is a celebration of one of Agent Rise mentee's who recently launched his Saas, Redrank. Within the first day of launch he crossed $100 MRR which for most solo developers, is a milestone that takes them a month or more to do. Good job Harsh (hopefully he is reading this haha)! Now I am sure you are probably wondering what exactly is Redrank and what does it do? For years I have taught Reddit marketing as a method of securing clientele for your agency and Saas. And it has...
